What is Going On Exactly with the Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation?

“Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation is a private nonprofit that was incorporated in 2012 and received its 501(c)(3) determination in 2013. The Parks Foundation protects and enhances our communities' livability through public engagement, education, and the sustainability of our parks, open spaces, and trails,” its website’s about page indicates.
What it is right now is in disarray and at real risk of totally disappearing with its accounts seemingly frozen.
Its meet the team page is filled with staff, AmeriCorps members and technicians. Its Board of Directors has multiple people, including Laura Fillmore who this week sent an alarming message that staff is being laid off and AmeriCorps members are being told to leave as well.
This follows an announcement that current camps would have to end early, after former Executive Director Heidi Anderson was fired in June for alleged financial mismanagement amid external investigations.
We are receiving conflicting messages from different anonymous sources as to who is to blame, while blame is being passed around.
