A common refrain at recent City Council meetings has been councilwoman Jenny Brekhus critiquing and opposing, and Mayor Hillary Schieve swiftly coming back at her, critiquing her critique and defending whatever is being proposed, from another yes to Jacobs, to banning whips or renaming a street, the list goes on and on.
